Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Estimated delivery time for domestic orders is 2-10 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery time for International orders is 6-18 business days.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer FREE economy shipping in the continental United States for orders over $90, if you would like priority shipping you can select another shipping method that may be more expensive. 

We offer a $8 USD flat rate economy shipping for orders under $90 in the continental United States. 

International Shipping

We offer a $15 USD flat rate economy international shipping to Canada, if you would like priority shipping you can select another shipping method that may be more expensive. 

We offer a £25.00 GBP flat rate economy international shipping to the UK, if you would like priority shipping you can select another shipping method that may be more expensive. 

We offer a $30.00 AUD flat rate economy international shipping to Australia, if you would like priority shipping you can select another shipping method that may be more expensive. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Golden Dapples is not responsible for these charges, if they are applied, you will be charged at checkout. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@goldendapples.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
